Join Ignite Afterschool, your statewide afterschool network, and afterschool colleagues from around your region to reconnect, learn together, and discuss how we can work together to strengthen opportunities for young people across the state.
We know the value of coming together to network, share ideas, and connect with afterschool and youth development professionals in your region. This Fall, Ignite Afterschool is hosting regional afterschool meetings to bring together afterschool, summer and youth development professionals and others who care about afterschool learning to discuss what's working and key challenges facing young people's access to high quality afterschool.
Your big ideas will contribute to Ignite's key strategies over the next three years. We'll talk afterschool policy, funding, program quality, partnerships, and more!
We will also hold a morning training on the fundamentals of afterschool youth program quality for those interested!
The Schedule:
Morning Training Registration: 9:30-10am
Morning Training (Optional): 10:00-11:30
Join us for a morning professional development session that provides an overview of youth program quality.
Afternoon Registration & Lunch: 11:30-12:00
Afternoon Session- Big Ideas for Afterschool: 12:00-3:30
