Jennifer Griffin-Wiesner has more than 20 years experience in the overlapping fields of youth development, community change, and evaluation. She currently runs her own business, consulting with community-based and educational organizations to strengthen their programming by clarifying objectives and current practices and then creating and implementing effective improvement strategies. She is the author or co-author of dozens of books, curricula, websites, and reports. Her current and past clients include Allina Health, George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Public Health, Heartland Democracy, Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts of America Base Camp and Leadership Center, Origins Online (Developmental Designs and Responsive Classroom), SheRay’s and Associates, Search Institute, TVbyGirls, the University of Minnesota’s Center for 4H Youth Development and Youth Work Institute, and Wilder Foundation. Prior to beginning her consulting practice in 2002, she worked for Search Institute for 10 years in both research and publications.
